Appointments and Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, a 50% service charge will be assessed for no shows and same day cancellations. Please understand that our therapists work by appointment, on a commission basis. Thank you for understanding our need for this policy and the necessity for enforcing it.

If you are late for your appointment, we may shorten your service or reschedule.

To maximize your spa service, please check in 10 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork.

Spa products and gift certificates are available at Be Well Spa and by phone.

Please leave your valuables at home on day of services. Be Well Spa will not assume liability for valuables.

Please advise us of any health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or any other condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.

To help us maintain our peaceful atmosphere, please put cell phones on silent or vibrate before entering the spa.

All gift certificates must be presented at time of service.

We will open early or stay late, by therapists availability.
