Thank you for your interest in Be Well Spa Parties. We are excited to be able to offer these events to you in our new location and we look forward to working with you and your guests soon.
Please fill out and return the Spa Party Forms to Be Well Spa, 6 weeks prior to your spa party. These forms will provide us with all of the information that we will need to create a special day customized for you and your guests. Spa Party fees are $10 per person, plus services provided.
There will also be a cleaning and event deposit of $150.00 that will be returned to you at the end of your spa party. Please include a check with your completed forms (we will hold your check as a deposit until the end of your spa party).
We do require all spa party forms to be returned at least six weeks in advance for scheduling purposes and at least two weeks of advanced notice for any changes and or cancellations.
